- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions.
- Researching customer information using multiple resources and routing calls to the right resource.
- Well-versed with company policies.
- Building sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile
- Maintaining records of the conversations with the customer and analyzing the data.
- Submitting timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.
Minimum Required Qualifications
