Job Summary :
We are seeking experienced and client-focused Account Managers to manage a portfolio of assigned clients, nurture strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role plays a critical role in growing the bank's trust and investment portfolio by delivering tailored financial solutions and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of trust clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities from existing clients and new prospects
Promote and cross-sell trust products such as fixed income instruments, Unit Investment Trust Funds (UITFs), and other investment solutions
Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews to assess financial needs and offer suitable recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams (investment, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth and coordinated client service
Stay informed on market trends, product developments, and regulatory updates
Ensure all client interactions and transactions are compliant with internal policies and external regulations
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
MBA is a plus
3 15 years of relevant experience in Trust Banking Sales, Investment Advisory, or Account Management
Preferred (not required) certifications :
SEC Fixed Income Market Salesman
UITF Certification
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident in engaging senior clients and working collaboratively with internal teams
