Job descriptionConduct Japanese language training for employees, focusing on speaking, writing, and comprehension. Develop tailored lesson plans for IT professionals to improve their communication skills in business and technical contexts. Assist in creating and translating Japanese documents as needed. Provide cultural training and insights to bridge cultural gaps in the workplace. Assess and track employees' progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
Required Experience :
- JLPT N3 above certification is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Japanese Language, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Teaching experience, preferably in a corporate or IT environment, is an advantage.
- Proficient in English and Japanese (oral and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
