Job Description
As the ICT Post-Sales Support officer, you will be a part of our operations team
- responsible for relationship management, delivery and procurement.
- This role will require you to
- Utilise Virtu's sales app (Datto) to manage ETA delays & stock reports.
- Manage existing clients' warranty registration, with the aim of maximising
accounts
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, return cases and take appropriate actionto close the sales orders
Organise returns, dead on arrivals and other procurement needsAttend trainings / workshops and constantly develop technical / productknowledge
Partner with vendors and distributors as requiredCollaborate with internal staff (eg.Sales & Marketing) to effectively support
customer needs
Coordinate with local and international courier / freight companies to ensurecustomers receive orders on time and within budget
Maintain accurate third party logistics records and generate reportsAny other relevant ad hoc tasks to support the wider teamQualifications And Requirements

Previous customer service experiencePrevious experience liaising with courier / freight companiesIntermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 Suite (especially Excel),Previous IT retail and business operations experience valuedPrevious accounting experience valuedStrong English language communication skills and negotiation skillsQuick response, flexible and adaptableExcellent attention to details and take pride in getting it rightA strong team focus with a collaborative attitudeAbility to work autonomously and handle pressure wellTake full accountability of their results and be self-driven to succeedVIRTUE
