They are currently handling the LARGEST PHILIPPINE BANK and servicing the Chinese and Fukien speakers. With around 1500 branches in the Philippines, this is tagged as one of the most successful businesses in the Philippines. Currently this bank is serving corporate and residential customers.

Position : Mandarin - Fukien Financial Support Specialist (Dayshift)

Location : BGC, Taguig City

Industry : BPO Company

Salary : Php 45,000 - Php 55,000

Schedule : Dayshift / 2 days off per week

Work set - up : Work onsite

Requirements :

Can speak, read and write in Mandarin and Fukien language.

Atleast 2nd year in college

Open for no work experience

Amenable to work in Taguig City

Preferably 55 years old below

Responsibilities :

Responsible for any Bank related matters

Answering inquiries or concerns related to credit card

Handle credit card redemptions

Assist in redemptions of gift certificate

Discuss the credit card perks

Discuss the payment terms and card activation

Verify the account information and updates
