- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Resolving customer inquiries / requests
- Developing and maintaining accurate files
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

- Requirements
- At least SHS / HS Graduate
- Excellent communication skills is a must.
