Their creations may be prepared in large commercial bakeries, markets, and restaurants.
Because their work involves handling perishable foods, need to know how to safely store and prep all ingredients.
They must possess creativity, organizational ability, and a good deal of energy.
Preferably a Graduate of BS HRM, Culinary, or any related course
Preferably with relevant solid experience in the same capacity
Good knowledge of Pastries and Hot Kitchen, an advantage
With a background in F&B or kitchen operations
Knowledge of HACCP is an advantage
Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
Good communication and written skills
Proficient in Google documents
Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
Must possess good character and positive work attitude
Must be physically and mentally fit
Pay : Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
