JOB DESCRIPTION

This role begins with a 3-month training program in Manila before assignment to one of our distribution partner locations in Cebu, C.D.O., or Davao.

The Regional Beverage Innovation Trainer will :

Create and launch innovative beverage recipes based on market trends and consumer preferences.
Deliver training programs to partners, baristas, and entrepreneurs to improve sales strategies and beverage preparation techniques.
Support the sales team by providing hands-on product application and recipe expertise.
Monitor partner performance and ensure brand representation is aligned with company standards.
Conduct regional market visits to identify and explore new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Passionate and creative about beverages, trends, and customer interaction

Skilled in coffee brewing and advanced barista techniques

Experience delivering training and creating engaging learning materials (modules, videos)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Team player

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven barista experience; SCA Barista Skills certification is a plus

Training or instructional experience in the food and beverage industry

SALARYPhp25,000 - Php30,000 (Negotiable)
