Overview :
We are looking for a Training Assistant Manager to lead and deliver best-in-class training programs that enhance employee performance and skill development.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, involving the development of curriculum, training delivery, and evaluation of effectiveness for technical and non-technical learning paths.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, deliver, and evaluate training for both technical (e.g., Finance, Sales) and non-technical competencies (e.g., Communication, Time Management).
Lead leadership and management training initiatives.
Develop training materials and manage vendor relationships when outsourcing content creation or training delivery.
Supervise and coordinate training teams and operations.
Serve as the subject matter expert and key point of contact on complex training matters.
Provide tactical input on process improvements and learning strategies.
Qualifications :
Extensive experience in training and development roles
Demonstrated leadership capability with team coordination experience
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Able to work onsite during the night shift
