Job Description

The Lead Generation / Telesales candidate will provide sales and marketing support by building a pipeline of leads to meet business goals, quotes, and company objectives.

Responsibilities include generating leads via phone calls, social media, and emails, primarily contacting pre-selected prospects to arrange Zoom calls or send follow-up information.

Responsibilities / Duties :

Research, track, maintain, and update leads

Make outgoing calls to develop new business

Qualify leads through prospect contact

Conduct direct email marketing to key clients and prospects

Maintain lead generation database

Conduct customer research and market surveys

Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations

Provide timely and accurate information to management

Develop strong knowledge of company products and services to facilitate sales

Qualifications :

US outbound lead generation / telesales experience

Experience calling new leads and prospects in the US market

B2B telesales experience

Excellent English skills – must be able to present via video interview

Experience with cold calling and research

Database management skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with CRM systems

Strong project and time management skills

Experience working with Western companies (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration

1-2 years of lead generation experience
