We are looking to add severalLatvianmedical translators to join our pool of trusted medical partners for our Welocalize Life Science business unit.

Project Details

Job Title : English into Latvian Medical Translator

Location : Remote

Expected Volume : +5,000 words per week

Start date : ASAP

Employment Type : Freelance / Independent Contract

Task type : Translation, Copy Edit, MTPE(Machine Translation Full Post Edit)

Content types : "Investigator-facing","Patient-facing","Pharmacy"

CAT Tool : XTM / Phrase - we provide license

Main Duties :

Translate and edit content fromEnglish into Latvianwith original meaning conveyed in a manner that is readable and understandable to target audience.

Required Skills :

Minimum 3 years experience in translation and / or editing of medical documents

Formal higher education in Translation (preferably at Masters level), or formal higher education in medical related fields.

Proficient use of CAT tools, especially XTM / Phrase

Good communication skill.
