Job descriptionCreate presentation slides by working with fellow stakeholders. Assist the Marketing Department in gathering and compiling project data and other information Prepare and update resumes for all WEO employees Create marketing packages displaying WEO's past projects Creating and updating project data sheets Data entry into WEO's CRM system, Cosential Creating and posting various news items on WEO's social media sites Creating WEO's internal employee newsletter, WEO Wire Update and maintain WEO's website Proficiency with Adobe InDesign in creating and modifying layouts Working with bookmarks, movies, sound clips, hyperlinks, cross-references, and page transitions Creating Interactive PDFs through InDesign Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro Use of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for image manipulation and design The ability to speak, read and write fluent English Strong communication skills Keen attention to detail Strong organizational skills Web and computer navigation Experience with graphics and presentation layouts Has an eye for design and has creativity Ability to electronically organize and maintain files Professional training and development from US-based client Engagement activities, team lunches, and gourmet coffee Competitive benefits including HMO and paid leave Free parking and jeepney services for nightshift schedule Highly engaged team Unlimited potential for growth Challenging role Fun and family-oriented working environment 8 hour shift Mabalacat, Pampanga : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Education Bachelor's (preferred) Experience Marketer : 1 year (preferred) Language English (preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide marketing support for the organization by creating specific marketing deliverables, i.e.
PowerPoint presentations, general marketing packages, resumes, project sheet descriptions, social media postings, Cosential entries, and performing a variety of design and clerical functions
Goal is to create a "best of class" presentation
