• The Opportunity We are looking for a Workforce Expert to act as a strategic advisor and primary relationship manager for our clients.

This is a senior-level role ideal for someone with a passion for client success, workforce planning, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to align on hiring needs.

Educate clients on employment regulations and cultural best practices.

Advise on team structure, performance, compensation, and retention.

Proactively manage escalations and coordinate internal responses.

Build long-term partnerships that drive client growth and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience in client management, operations, HR, or project management.

Proven ability to work with international clients in a multi-country environment.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus : Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role and familiarity with CRMs like Freshsales.

Work From Home arrangement with 6 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm PHT, Monday to Friday shift.
