Menrva Search is actively looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer for one of its Financial Services clients in Philippines.
- Main requirements of the role
- 10+ years in banking industry with experience leading teams delivering technology transformation and solutions Knowledge and Skills Requirement
- 10 years of experience in software strategy, software design, and development, including SaaS and cloud solutions required.
- 10 years of experience as a technology leader with demonstrated increases in responsibility up to a senior position such as Chief Architect, or CTO required.
- 10 years of experience designing multi-vendor architecture and services solutions required.
- Expert technical understanding and expertise with network, cloud platforms, solutions & technologies required with solid credentials in engineering and architecture.
- Change and Transformation expert.
