He / she oversees Human Resources Department in terms of recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, government related activities and other HR related matters.

Lead the effort to develop company personnel policies, standard operating procedures, and employee handbooks.
Lead the effort to structure the company compensation and benefits program based on market conditions and budget demands.
Lead the effort to streamline HR processes such as new hire onboarding and training,reducing lead time for new employees to be productive.
Assesses and aligns compensation packages to market to attract highly qualified applicants for organizational vacancies.
Performs forecast of resource demands and developed a proactive approach to achieve hiring objectives.
Improves quality of hiring decisions by coaching hiring managers and by administering new comprehensive employment selection exams.
Responsible for company compliance with labor laws in addition to establishing organizational standards.
Educates company leaders on policy implementation and enforcement actions to prevent employee legal issues.
Collaborates with company leaders to develop and maintain succession plans and promotion paths for critical company positions.
Streamlines complaint response management by providing guidance on policies and ensuring appropriate and accurate investigation processes.
Monitors and handles all employee claims, including performance-based and harassment incidents.
Guides employees on policies and procedures to harmonize responses, provide appropriate investigation actions, and resolve grievances.
Organizes and directs recruitment efforts and job fairs to bring in highly qualified talents for long term positions.
Performs special projects, including benefits analysis, corrective action planning, and big-picture data capturing.
Performs other tasks when the needs arise.
Performs payroll administration and processing.
Ensures submission of government related reports (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, DOLE, and BIR)
