Ensure proper execution, pre-screening / KYC, and closing of transactions for the brokers' clients.Achieve sales and channel productivity targets, including turn-in and booking volumes, lead conversion, and reducing document deficiencies.Implement marketing programs, showcases, sales blitzes, and campaigns.
Lead broker award events and track broker production for rewards.Organize engagement activities, including awarding events and lead generation efforts.Provide regular updates to partners regarding performance, new products, promotions, policies, and turnaround times.Conduct product training, orientation, and refresher sessions for brokers, including MSME education or financial literacy seminars.
Issue certificates of training, attendance, or accreditation.Perform sales calls on own leads or broker leads, and submit call reports.Maintain knowledge of credit and mortgage training, financial analysis, communication skills, sales techniques, AMLA due diligence, and related skills.The ProfileAt least 1 year of experience in a similar role within Financial Services.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a team.Adaptability and ability to thrive in changing environments.Willingness to undertake 30-60% travel.Years of Work Experience : 1 - 5 yearsEducational Attainment : Bachelor's DegreeThe EmployerOur client is a passionate team of diverse professionals with a vision to deliver innovative solutions in the Professional Services industry.
