    u0026bull Completely understand assigned clientu0026's technology : network, systems, and security, Be the expert for the rest of the team

    u0026bull Will take responsibility on all after hour jobs like performing servers, workstations and other technologies restart, maintenance, and upgrades

    u0026bull Audit environments based on the Efex standards and perform alignment tasks in a manner that does not disrupt, but enhances the client relationship

    u0026bull Ability to identify and escalate potential client relationship problems and work hand in hand with EFEX team

    • Ability to work in a team, and solo, to ensure jobs are being

    • Datto BCDR u0026ndash monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting
    • issues

    • Veeam u0026ndash monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting issues
    • ShadowProtect u0026ndash monitoring, maintaining and
    • troubleshooting issues

      u0026bull Server Environments (Essential)

    • Level 1 Server Administration u0026ndash Checking basic server
    • functions, based on alerting information, user

      administration, and monitored patching where required.

    • Network troubleshooting - including basic network
    • functionality, DNS troubleshooting, firewall management

    • VMware management experience (1+ years) u0026ndash Connecting to
    • a VMware server, and checking VM status, basic

      troubleshooting of issues

    • Remote Management Tools experience u0026ndash iLO, iDRAC, etc.
    • u0026bull Networking Systems (preferred)

    • Sophos Firewalls experience u0026ndash checking device status,
    • reviewing potential issues before escalating

    • Network troubleshooting u0026ndash Ability to troubleshoot basic
    • issues prior to escalation
