Job description

Assist on the overall central purchasing function of the company.

  • Sources new suppliers for better quality products / items as well as better prices.
  • Prepares a canvass sheet containing comparative quotations from at least three (3) pre-qualified suppliers
  • Ensures all purchasing activities are encoded in an accurate and timely manner into the ERIC system.
  • Prepare and secure all documents needed for the end to end purchase

Qualifications :

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Amenable to work in Parañaque City
