Inventory Supervisor

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor to join our growing team.

This role will be responsible for overseeing inventory reporting and accounting-related functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling large datasets and has a solid background in both inventory and general accounting.

CPA is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee inventory reporting, including reconciliation and variance analysis

Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely

Manage general ledger and ensure balance sheet accounts are up to date

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and monthly / quarterly / year-end closings

Handle account reconciliations and invoice preparation

Provide financial analysis to support inventory and operations teams

Manipulate and analyze large datasets for inventory and accounting purposes

Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

College graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA license is a strong advantage

Prior experience in inventory and accounting roles

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Excel and data manipulation (large files)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Willing to work on a night shift in a hybrid setup
