Property Accountant

Prepares accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Presents financial reports to the COO. Monitors budget performance and provide variance analysis. Oversees the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Manages the cash flow to optimize liquidity and support operational needs. Conducts financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Provides insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. Qualifications : Graduate of BS Accountancy CPA is an advantage With at least six to eight (6-8) years of relevant experience in various areas of Accounting and Finance, and at least 3 years in a Managerial capacity Well-versed in Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Management, Budget and Forecasting
