Job Summary :
The Resident Architect is a key member of the Construction Management team, responsible for overseeing architectural aspects of construction projects.
This role involves supervising contractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and contributing to project reports and documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Project Oversight, Safety, Quality, and Technical Compliance
- Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards in architectural work.
- Oversee architectural construction activities, emphasizing safety, timeliness, and compliance.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in architectural aspects.
Project Planning, Coordination, and Cost Control
Collaborate with the Construction Manager to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for architectural work.Coordinate architectural project activities, ensuring alignment with project plans.Implement control measures to manage the scope, time, and costs of architectural work.
Reporting and Documentation
Contribute to project progress reports, with a focus on architectural aspects.Maintain construction documentation related to architectural aspects.Qualifications :
