Job descriptionCommunicate and investigate possible accidents, complaints and determine if there has been a breach of health and safety law. Conduct OSH trainings / seminars Mandatory 8-hours training, Defensive driving, Manual handling safety, ergonomics safety, etc.). Implementing and monitoring of all written safety guidelines, policies, and procedures. Ability to communicate and disseminate the latest safety best practices. Ad-hoc activities may be assigned by your immediate superior. Job Types Full-time, Permanent Shift system
Extensive knowledge to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
- Excellent knowledge in conducting risk assessment.
- Have knowledge in performing RCA determine immediate causes of UA / UC, underlying factors of the condition and root cause analysis on the cause and effect to set applicable and reasonably practicable corrective action taken).
In-depth knowledge to conduct incident investigation.
Well versed in performing safety inspections / audits to detect all potential hazards in the workplaces and able report to superior officer and hub leads of all safety and health hazards that may endanger direct employees, subcontracting employees and its operations.
Qualification / s :
At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics or Express industries
