JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Registered Nurse with at least 2 years health care provider experience;
Requires good written and verbal English communication skills
Can work under pressure and with mínimal supervision
Duly certified with at least fifty hours of Occupational Nursing (BOSH) Training by the DOH or of any organization accredited by DOH

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible in providing emergency and palliative care and treatment to all employees within the legal scope of nursinq responsibility in the absence or the company physician.

This includes first aid, checking vital signs, health interview, dispensing of medicine and other duties of the like;

Responsible in the assessment and determining health status of employee after an illness in the absence of a company physician.

This includes issuance of nursing recommendations (sent home or back to work consent);

Responsible in taking care and coordinating functions in the maintenance of environmental sanitation;

Participates in disaster control program, fire prevention program and other programs with regards to health and safety of employees;

Responsible in orienting new employees to medical benefits, company rules and regulations in relation to health;

Responsible in maintaining a healthy therapeutic communication between employees thus giving way to health counseling;

Responsible in the dissemination of health information through company bulletins;

Responsible in the assessment of employees need for health education;

Responsible in maintaining employees' health records and keep its confidentiality;

Responsible for the maintenance of Company Clinic and other medical facility and paraphernalia; and

Responsible in coordinating medical services program with other department

Salary

Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule :

8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types :

13th month salary

Olongapo, Zambales : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience

Health Care Provider : 2 years (preferred)
