Team Leader, Enterprise / Netsuiteto join their dynamic group.Position ResponsibilitiesAdministrative tasksPlanning for his own networks :team structureclient assignmentscapacity assessment and related hiring needsteam members individual assessment for regularization and anniversarypromotionteam check in and goal settingHiring and InterviewsInternal meeting with other Aprio LeadersClient-workFinal reviewer for the bank transactionsFinal reviewer for all month-end schedulesPreparation of special reportsClient correspondences and requests1099 preparation Quarterly and Annual checklists and YE Preparation for the 1099 filingGeneral responsibilitiesThe TL directly communicates with the PMs regarding tasks, team & client concerns and special projects.Supervises the team and works on the Task Management of the team.The TL serves as a liaison between the PMs and the team members for the updates regarding additions in the portfolio and changes implemented regarding the protocols and processes.On the other hand, the TL also amplifies any concern from the team that needs to be escalated.
Works on the issue resolution, whether technical or team related.The TL is assigned as the final reviewer for bank activities & reconciliation and is the bill approver known to the client.The TL directly communicates with the client regarding the weekly updates on the bills and bank transactions and other specialized reports upon request.Mainly responsible on the monthly closing processes and financial reporting.Serves as the final reviewer prior to the PMs' review.
