Fixed Asset Recon Report

Asset Disposal

Asset Depreciation

Asset Addition

Consolidated Lapsing

Account Codes Creation Review

Reconciliation of Alphalist and AFS / EWT

Reconciliation of Insurance Accounts

Monitoring of 300 recon and Bank reconciliation ( making sure that no recon items exceeded the allowed aging to avoid yellow or red rating)

Providing Technical Support

Preparing Journal Entries

Partners Assessment

Programs & HEA Finance :

• Post the approved budgets to Sharepoint for uploading / posting by SSC in Sunsystem and ensure these are updated based on changes in PBAS
• Conduct post audit review on Concur and Coupa transactions.

Close coordination and resolution with WVDF T&E officer and Finance Office for any concerns raised
