Sales Technician

The Sales Technician plays a crucial supporting role in ensuring farmer satisfaction, optimizing field operations, and driving the agri-machinery and biomass business.

This position is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with farmers and partners, conducting market research, managing agri-machinery rentals and ensuring compliance with operational standards.Key Responsibilities : 1.

Farmer Satisfaction & Service Benchmarks Support the implementation of strategies to enhance farmer satisfaction and service benchmarks.

Respond to farmer inquiries, resolve complaints, and contribute to the development of loyalty programs.

Maintain a farmer satisfaction score of 90% or higher and a partner satisfaction score of 85% or higher.2.

Field & Market Research Assist in conducting field and market research projects for agri-machinery and biomass business.

Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights for business growth3.

Agri Machinery Business Support the rental operations of combine harvesters, straw collectors and tractors to meet seasonal targets.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure machine efficiency and minimize downtime.

Identify risks in the agri-machinery business and propose mitigation strategies.4.

Field Operations Expenditure Assist in preparing and managing expenditures to stay within the allocated budget for field operations.5.

Collaboration, Compliance, and Reporting Support cross-functional collaboration to resolve operational issues effectively.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of operational reports, documents, and forms.

Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).Proven experience in sales, business development, or field operations, preferably in the agricultural or equipment rental industry.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales tracking tools.Willingness to travel to rural areas and field locations as needed.Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
