Job description

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of a 4-year course
  • At least 6 months work experience as frontliner or receptionist
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Good communication skills (English; oral and written)
  • Highly organized and keen to details
  • Good time management
  • Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and transfer calls to the respective individual or department;
  • Greet and assist office guests;
  • Perform secretarial and / or administrative tasks to an assigned area specified by the Client;
  • Arrange and schedule meetings, and / or events for individuals or groups;
  • File different type of documents;
  • Manage, disseminate and store various types of documentation;
  • Sort and distribute mails; respond to correspondences; compile documents as support to reports.
