DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.

Troubleshooting and reporting of action details;3.

Solving of quality problems and proposal of improvements;4.

Creation of proposals and execution of raising operation rate;5.

Project / cost profit control;6.

Formulation and execution and follow-up of the productivity enhancement plan;7.

Control of the costs of services and parts;Control of the proposals on the annual budgetFormulation and execution of the cost, external expenditures, purchased materials, products, affiliate / subcontractor costs, etc.8.

Formulation and execution of the plan to automate / computerize the logistic processes;9.

Procurement of products10.

Sales support (discussions on specifications, buy-off, presentations, etc.)11.

Settle technical issue and after-sales follow up12.

Quality improvementSurveys technological trends in market and information control (survey on the technological trends of rivals)14.

Improvement of current products15.

Control of the acquisition of technical information16.

Work related to all logistic including inspection and packingRequest for quotation on purchased / processed parts and outsourced assembly.

And study of quotations, negotiations on prices and decision on order price.Delivery control, receiving and inspection of purchased parts and unit processed goods17.

Control of purchasing molding die parts and spare18.

Special orders from the Vice President and / or President.QUALIFICATIONSCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / ECE) or equivalentAt least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the positionOpen-minded and good team player;With good oral and written communication skills (proficient in English 'verbally and in writing), must have the ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.Ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems independently.Has strong technical, analytical, and development skills.Has an extensive knowledge on Semiconductor.Knowledgeable on various technologies such as mechanical, electrical, electronics, electromechanical, pneumatics, and PLC.Willing to relocate (if there's a support needed)
