Messaging Administration Analyst
The Messaging Administrator Analyst supports and maintains Office365, Exchange 365 and OneDrive environments providing full capabilities of the collaboration suite. This includes related services and applications, by providing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, administration, account management and resolution of software and hardware issues.
This position consists of ensuring solutions are delivered in adherence of defined standards and policy.
The Messaging Administrator Analyst position is expected to actively work technical projects, requests, and incidents as well as provide / receive guidance to / from team members as needed to ensure quality and delivery of work.
This position is expected to work both independently and with various teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Office365, Exchange 365 and OneDrive environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with operating systems, client applications, and software related to on premise and cloud environments.
- Coordinate upgrades and patches to Exchange 365 and OneDrive environments.
- Perform operations related to Exchange365 and OneDrive storage and backup.
- Maintaining / Administration of user accounts and permissions.
- Responds to alerts delivered by internal and Microsoft monitoring systems.
- Provide incident support for Office365, Exchange 365, OneDrive and related applications including troubleshooting, maintenance, and resolution within SLA guidelines.
- Provide security and administration for service requests related to Office365, Exchange 365, OneDrive, and other applications
- Engage in tier 2 and tier 3 troubleshooting on issues identified with deployed services, providing resolution and remediation.
- Creates and updates documentation relative to supported systems, clients and applications.
Skills and Experience
2 years’ experience with administering Office365, Exchange 365 and OneDrive environments.Demonstrate a strong understanding could application technology environments and their business return.Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients at all levelsThe ability to keep up to date with technology as it develops and identify potential impact.Experienced Preferred
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Ability to author technical documents and create procedure manuals.Strong interpersonal, oral communication, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.Healthcare knowledge / background including data privacy practices and laws.Strong customer service orientation.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Additional details
Generally, requires a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience or 6 years of related experience and no degree.Requires on-call duty 24-hrs / day as a part of a rotation schedule for emergency response to critical technical situations requiring immediate attention.Nordic is an equal opportunity employer.
