Job descriptionCollege level (undergraduate or equivalent). Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in the food service or restaurant industry. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries effectively. Residing near San Pedro, Laguna (or willing to relocate). Can start ASAP. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will also assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the cashier area and provide support to other restaurant staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions and provide customers with receipts.
- Ensure that the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
- Assist in managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist other restaurant staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for guests.
