Farm Manager

The Farm Manager oversees the day to day activity of the Animal Operation towards ensuring the attainment of the financial objectives of the business.

• Responsibilities
• Plans farm production and ensures production efficiency and profitability.
• Identifies supplies required for the position
• Ensures maintenance of machinery and equipment used in the operations.
• Mentors of the newly hired employees deployed in the area as well as the other staff.
• Maintains and monitors the quality of produced products.
• Prepares contingency plans for the operation.
• Ensures that government regulations concerning the operations are complied with.
• Forecasts and plans the annual operations and budget.
• Identifies and resolves operational issues in real time.
• Handles paperwork and safekeeps the production records.
• Prepares / makes / documents policies and procedures pertaining to the operation.
• Salary
• Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
