Lead and manage the Revenue Monitoring and Alert Triage teams, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
Ensure the team follows best practices in monitoring, escalation, and issue resolution.
Drive continuous improvements in monitoring accuracy, efficiency, and response time.
Develop training programs to enhance team expertise and effectiveness.
Oversee all revenue and security alert monitoring activities, ensuring timely detection and resolution of anomalies.
Act as the primary escalation point for high-priority revenue discrepancies and security incidents.
