Concierge - Ford Balintawak

Proactively deliver the Ford Guest Experience process at an exceptional level to all Guests that meet the Dealership's sales department, specifically to welcome them and treat them like family every time they enter the Dealership.

• JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
• Participate in the dealerships sales management process, including the morning meeting based upon the KPI'S and Sales Management Reports available from the Ford Guest Experience program.
• Work with your leadership team in the process of welcoming your customers as special guests.
• Be a part of the dealership continuous 5S program (shared responsibility with Senior Management)
• Create a lifetime engaging relationship with guest
• Ensure you sustained delivery of the Ford signature moments
