Job descriptionYou’ll work closely with project teams to create detailed takeoffs for civil construction—earthworks, utilities, erosion control, and more—all using top-notch tools like Agtek and Bluebeam. Review civil plans in PDF format. Use Agtek tools to perform takeoffs for earthwork, utilities, pavement, and demolition. Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all estimates. You're detail-obsessed, love clean spreadsheets, and can spot a storm sewer in a blurry plan set. You're entry-level or early-career, but confident with tech and not afraid to ask smart questions. You've worked in estimating or a similar role—or you’re just getting started. Comfortable with BlueBeam, Microsoft Excel, and learning Agtek. Any civil or construction plan-reading experience is a big plus. Team-first, curious, and down-to-earth. You want autonomy but love a good check-in. You're someone who says “let’s fix it” instead of “not my job.” Zoom in on the tiniest details. Keep projects running smoothly with accurate takeoffs. Grow your skills in a supportive, remote-first environment. Accuracy and completeness of takeoffs. Timeliness in meeting deadlines. Team collaboration and communication.
