The Job
You will be responsible for :
Responding to Client service requests.Assigning ticket to the relevant engineer following up till the issues are closed.Taking updates from the engineer and updating the client in a timely mannerEnsuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.Providing monthly help desk reports.The Profile
You have at least 2 years experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support role.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You have working knowledge of Google Sheets, Email Communications, Whatsapp Communications, Communication Skills, Self Motivated and Ability to learn quicklyYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersThe Employer
