The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Responding to Client service requests.
  • Assigning ticket to the relevant engineer following up till the issues are closed.
  • Taking updates from the engineer and updating the client in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Providing monthly help desk reports.
  • The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have working knowledge of Google Sheets, Email Communications, Whatsapp Communications, Communication Skills, Self Motivated and Ability to learn quickly
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
