Job Title : Architect-Designer

Location : Remote (Philippines-based)

Compensation : $1,000 – $1,500 / month (based on experience)

Work Arrangement : Full-time, remote

About the Role

A growing interior architecture and design firm is seeking a multi-skilled Architect-Designer to support drafting, space planning, and interior design tasks. This role combines technical precision with creative vision, ideal for someone who thrives in both structured and design-focused work.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate test fits using AutoCAD and Bluebeam, ensuring precise layout measurements

Refine and elevate test fit aesthetics through thoughtful design enhancements

Review and produce detailed shop drawings

Design furniture layouts and create full design packages

Select color schemes, finishes, and fabrics for interior and furniture presentations

Produce high-quality 3D renderings for client-facing materials

Communicate and collaborate effectively with remote team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in AutoCAD and Bluebeam

Strong design sensibility and space planning capabilities

Experience in shop drawing production

Knowledge of furniture design, layout, and presentation packaging

Skilled in 3D rendering tools such as SketchUp + V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar

Excellent written and spoken English

Able to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work

Preferred Qualifications

Background in architecture or interior design

Familiarity with interior design standards used in U.S. markets

Chinese language skills (spoken or written) are a plus but not required
