Area Distribution Supervisor (Rice Division)

College Graduate

4-5 years experience in handling Distributor in the assigned areas

Experience in FMCG is an advantage

• Job Summary
• The Distributor Supervisor will be responsible in handling selected distributors - ensuring effective receivables management, inventory (stock) management, management of merchandisers, building relationship / partnership with account-holders, and achievement of sales quota and developing distributors in selected areas.
• Duties and Responsibilities
• Achievement of sales target
• Acts as laiason between the Company and the Distributor
• Manages inventory of the distributor and its accounts - ensuring that the product is present at all times and properly placed following the agreed merchandising guidelines;
• Supervise and oversees the maintenance of customer database
• Coordinates with the departments related with the management of the account
• Ensures that stock are received according to the Company procedures, and that stock transfers are correctly processed;
• Follows / creates standards in managing assigned distributors and ensure on time collection of receivables;
• Generates and submits accurate sales reports on time (SIV and STT)
• Ensures in-depth knowledge of the distribution activities, operations, and the area concerned;
• Shares / reports competitive information; and
• Properly implements account activities.

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay :
