Branch Operations Head

As the Branch Operations Head for the Kidapwan Branch of City Savings Bank, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the branch.

This full-time position is located in Kidapawan, and will involve managing a team of banking professionals to deliver superior customer service and ensure smooth branch operations.Job Requirements : Manage and oversee all branch operations, including customer service, teller activities, and back-office functionsLead and develop a team of branch personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedbackEnsure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance branch efficiency and customer experienceCollaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve any issuesAnalyze branch performance metrics and develop strategies to meet and exceed targetsRepresent the branch in local community engagement and customer outreach activitiesJob Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail banking or financial services environmentStrong understanding of banking operations, including deposit and lending activities, customer service, and complianceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a teamProblem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvementFamiliarity with banking regulations and a commitment to maintaining complianceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
