The Assistant Manager - Reservations will assist the Reservations Manager in overseeing all reservation activities. This includes managing and responding to customer queries, handling booking systems, and ensuring efficient administration and operations of reservations. They will ensure that both current and future sales situations are in the best interest of the management.
The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of Opera PMS and at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity. They should possess strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. Additionally, they should have strong organizational skills to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
