Job descriptionPerform daily monitoring of uniforms and shoes and coordinate with HRD for the requirement of the said items and issue request once stock is below the minimum stock level. Regular updating of hold parts and coordinate disposition to assigned Planner Attend meetings related to planning, inventory and changes on materials. Ensures all incoming purchased materials (direct, indirect, packaging and engineering supplies) are all in good condition with proper documentation
- Coordinates all newly received items with discrepancy to supplier for confirmation and disposition
- Checks the delivery status (partial or complete) based in the Purchase Order and ensures the generation of Receiving Report within 24hours upon completion of delivery and submit Receiving Report to Accounting for payment purposes.
- Monitor and conduct inventory taking of all purchased materials (direct and indirect) within PMC area and submit the required report to Planner
- Perform monthly inventory of spare parts every 24th of the month and send report to concern department every 27th of the month and coordinate for any request based on the submitted report.
- Regular simulation of packaging materials in coordination with BU's Planners.
Perform monthly inventory of Packaging materials and make request based on inventory result and production plan.
Ensures proper housekeeping within the area of responsibility.
