The Role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation :
- Monitor and scrub daily project leads from various bid platforms, including :
- Dodge Construction Network
- BuildingConnected
- ConstructConnect / iSqFt
- Texas ESBD
- PlanHub
- BidClerk
- Analyze leads to identify high-value opportunities aligned with TriArc’s capabilities.
- Submit and coordinate RFQs, prequalification packages, and expressions of bid interest.
- Perform outbound calls to project owners, developers, construction managers, and architects to :
- Confirm project details
- Request bid opportunities
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers
- Consistently follow up and maintain accurate communication records in our CRM.
Trade Partner Engagement & Bid Solicitation :
Proactively call trade partners to request and follow up on bid submissions.Maintain detailed call logs identifying correct trade partner contacts and documenting all communication dates.Ensure at least three interactions with each trade partner per project bid period (typically 2 weeks) to secure necessary bids.Achieve a minimum of three trade partner bids per trade for every bid proposal submitted.Work closely with estimating and sales teams to support timely bid submissions and maintain a robust project pipeline.Ideal Profile
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (US market preferred).B2B outreach experience highly desirable.Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset for qualifying construction project opportunities.Familiarity with construction bidding platforms and commercial construction industry knowledge is a significant advantage.Persistence in reaching decision-makers through gatekeepers and multiple outreach attempts.Excellent communication skills, with a confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence.Neutral or minimal accent to ensure clear communication with US-based stakeholders.High proficiency in spoken and written English.Tech-savvy and organized, adept at using CRMs and bidding platforms.Technical Requirements :
