Job descriptionWe connect brands with desires. technical person who can handle our warranty return cases and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Your tasks ou are the technical after-sales champion and you have the responsibility for the process of all warranty / RMA returns for the communication with internal and external partners to close every warranty case within a defined time period to guarantee customer satisfaction You have an understanding of other operations processes and you're ready to help out if needed You guarantee the smooth running of our warranty and after sales department You support to optimize the day-to-day warranty & after sales processes You keep the after-sales data on a high quality level and prepare regular reportings You help the sales team to sell out refurbished products You are open for other tasks that arise in a startup Whom we're looking for You are a very technical person You have a strong methodical and analytical approach You are a numbers person and working with a spreadsheet is like put on a pair of pants You are fluent in English and have an understanding of German (only written, with a translator) You are talented to keep an overview of everything that is going on You have completed an apprenticeship or are in / previous to a university education Your benefits You get to take part in shaping the future of a highly dynamic and young company in the scaling phase Flexible structures : work remotely with a diversified and international team Freedom to bring in and execute your own ideas Location Remote first, Home-Office, Coworking Spaces, Team-Events in Europe Start immediately, as soon as possible workload 100%, 3m trial Job Types Full-time, Permanent Salary From Php38,000.00 per month Benefits Company events Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Work from home 8 hour shift Flexible shift Monday to Friday Education Bachelor's (preferred) Experience after sales / warranty management : 1 year (preferred) Language English (required) German (preferred)
