Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
Process high-volume workflows with accuracy to ensure successful outcomes for customers
Prepare, extract, and send daily reports to relevant stakeholders
This person will work on complex spreadsheet setups, tool creation and reporting setups.
Will assist with special account-specific projects as needed
Qualifications And Requirements
0 to 1 year of relevant experience
Has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
Must be comfortable adjusting to technology
Excellent Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills
Must be proficient in using MS Excel and Google Sheets
Must be comfortable using Formulas, Graphs and Pivot Table
Knowledgeable in automation or macro development is a plus
Knowledge in power query is a plus
Strong consistency and attention to detail
Strong time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong work ethic - must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
Ability to function in a global team environment
Highly trainable and fast learner
Can work with mínimal supervision
