About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Executive Assistant to support business operations by managing business listings, contacting sellers, sending follow-up emails, and handling light accounting tasks. This role requires excellent spoken and written English and prior experience working with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) , ideally within an accounting firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage online business listings and directories
- Contact business sellers via phone and email with clarity and professionalism
- Draft and send follow-up communications and inquiries
- Support light accounting tasks including AP / AR tracking and reporting
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, transactions, and communications
- Assist with calendar scheduling, basic research, and general executive support tasks
- Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks
