The Role
Job responsibilities include :
- Reviewing and reconciling bank and credit card accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
- Track incoming payments from affiliate marketing and various income channels
- Manage payment obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Reconcile financial statements monthly and maintain monthly reporting around tax write-offs and documentation
- Generating and sending invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
- Managing invoicing and collections.
- File tax forms like quarterly tax payments and monthly sales tax payments (GMT)
- Identify and address account discrepancies
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Monitoring accounts for fraudulent activity
- Manage Quickbooks and related spreadsheets to help monitor the health of the business overall
- Processing payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and ensuring timely payments to employees.
- Maintaining payroll records
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries from Team members and resolving discrepancies.
- Developing and managing budgets to align with financial goals and operational needs.
- Analyzing financial data to create forecasts and identify trends.
TECH REQUIREMENTS :
Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAMInternet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speedJob Type : Project Based. 2-3 months project ranging 15-25 hours per week depending on the business needs
Schedule : Sunday to Thursday 3PM CST to 8PM CST / Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 10AM PHT
Salary Range : Php 175 - Php 300 per hour, Depending on experience
Ideal Profile
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field; 3 years work-related experience3+ years of bookkeeping experience2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant providing assistance in the areas of inbox and calendar managementHaving an Executive Assistant for the C-Suite is preferred but not requiredHands-on experience with QuickbooksAdvanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets for reports, budgeting, etc)Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulationsMust have a strong background in accounting and Quickbooks, managing all phases of the accounting (AR, AP, General Ledger, P&L, Balance Sheet, etc) using GAAP (Generally-Accepted Accounting Procedures). Experience with US tax accounting is a huge plus.Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)What's on Offer?
