CIT System OperationsThe CIT System Operations Senior Analyst is a dynamic role that requires aprehensive understanding of various IT systems and the ability to provide exceptional support to our users. The CIT systems ops will be responsible for troubleshooting and administering Office 365, managing Active Directory users,puters, and groups, and ensuring seamless remote management of devices and systems.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 issues, ensuring optimal functionality for users.
  • Have knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems. Familiarity with Ubuntu is a plus.
  • Active Directory knowledge to manage user accounts and groups effectively.
  • Provide support for VPN connectivity, assisting users with basic setup and troubleshooting.
  • Understand the fundamentals of Citrix and VDIs to support remote desktop environments.
  • Possess basic network and domain knowledge to address connectivity and access issues.
  • Utilize Mobile Device Management tools such as JAMF and Intune to manage and secure mobile devices.
  • Have knowledge of Apple and Android operating systems to provide support for mobile devices.
  • Support two-factor authentication systems, including Okta, RSA, and NetIQ, to enhance security protocols.
  • Provide exceptional support to users, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
