    The role focuses on supporting PPD's users as a first line of technical support.

    • Summarized Purpose
    • Essential Functions
    • Maintains the Service Desk by answering or responding to calls and chats, resolving problems and providing required assistance to all customers.
    • Working on offline assignments / tickets, resolving problems and providing required assistance to all customers.
    • Working with various IT teams to dispatch / escalate problems that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk
    • Adhering to corporate SLAs and internal targets
    • Assists clients in troubleshooting and resolving all inquiries with computer equipment, PPD provided smartphones, software, etc.
    • Occasionally required to fulfill account management requests.
    • Education and Experience :

    • High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
    • At least 1-2 years' experience in troubleshooting basic technical / IT concerns
    • Experience as Service Desk, Technical Support or Call Center Representative is an advantage
    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

    • Strong English communication skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
    • Basic knowledge of Active Directory
    • Must be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail
    • Must be willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT and occasional mid shift
    • Must be willing to work on occasional weekend on-call shift
