Render Onsite and phone assistance to customers and fellow associatesSupport Customer Engineer MU for technical service issues / problem onsite for Maintenance, troubleshooting , Installation, testing , commissioning, troubleshooting and repairPrepare technical notes, preliminary and final root cause analysis reportMust have a one year technical experience in HVAC System.Preferably have experience working in Data CenterProvide technical training to MU Customer Engineer and partner Service Engineer.Implement Failed Changes Notice and Field Service Bulletin according to published guidelines.Performance
Capable of making strong decisions, technical and commercial, under pressure.Ability to communicate with all level witin organization.Conduct themselves in a high degree of professionalism, and of service delivery.Ability to handle stressful situations and provide calming effect to customer.High level of diplomacy when interacting with internal and external customers.Maintain productive utilization rate according to company guidelinesComplete all work in an efficient and timely manner.Operate in safe manners in accordance of company guidelines.Customers

Graduate of Any Engineering CourseProficient in MS OfficeWith 5 year Technical Training Coordination in Philippines with at least 1 year in ASEANGood Communication Skills on Local and English Languages
