Primarily responsible for the coordination and effective implementation of the Client's professional trade marketing and merchandising program and its related activities.
This role will be managing a team of Trade Supervisors, Trade Merchandisers, and overseeing the proper execution of trade marketing plans & promotions.
The NSM is responsible for the professional growth and development of all the staff assigned in the Account (Business Unit) : Trade District Manager, Trade Merchandising Representative, and other designated business partners, by providing equal opportunities for knowledge and skills training, aptitude competence, and soft skills enhancement, and developing talent for promotion to the next higher position.
The National Sales Manager must ensure that all key performance indicators are achieved by the team.
Work closely with the Team Managers to ensure trade marketing and merchandising strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
