Duties & Responsibilities
Provide strategy on product prizes to meet set goals
Research and analyze market trends and competitors to meet quota per branch both digital and physical store
Create marketing strategies based on analysed market trends
Coordinate marketing strategies to different departments
Develop strategies and tactics to increase sales and meet the determined quota.
Identify all products and services of the company to market to targeted stakeholders
Identify appropriate products to display on each stores
Add and updates customer portfolio?
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Provide avenues to develop teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Requirements and skills
Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage and motivate.
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
